Dow was off 10, advancers ahead of decliners 4-3 & NAZ was also off 10. The yield on the 10-year Treasury bond is 1.71%, little changed. Dow fell 440 in a drab month. Earnings season is largely over & it did not get good grades. Now the US faces the fiscal cliff, only 2 months away.
